1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Safen Vaults services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Safen Vaults.

2 Services Description

Safen Vaults provides secure vault storage services, asset management solutions, and related security services including but not limited to:

  • Safety deposit box rental and management
  • Digital asset storage and tracking
  • Physical asset inventory management
  • 24/7 security monitoring and surveillance
  • Biometric access control systems
  • Insurance and valuation services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to customers.

3 Eligibility Requirements

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Provide valid government-issued identification
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
  • Pass our identity verification and background check processes

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity that does not meet our eligibility requirements.

4 Account Registration & Responsibilities

When creating an account with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5 Security & Access Procedures

Access to your stored items requires:

  • Valid government-issued photo identification
  • Biometric verification (fingerprint or retinal scan)
  • Account verification and good standing status
  • Compliance with facility access hours and procedures

We maintain comprehensive security measures including 24/7 surveillance, motion detection, and environmental monitoring. However, you acknowledge that no security system is 100% foolproof.

Access may be restricted or denied if you fail to comply with our security procedures or if your account is not in good standing.

6 Fees & Payment Terms

By using our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in your service agreement:

  • Annual rental fees are due in advance
  • Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts
  • Additional charges may apply for special services
  • All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise
  • We reserve the right to adjust fees with 30 days notice

Failure to pay fees may result in restriction of access and potential termination of services.

7 Liability & Insurance Coverage

Our liability is limited as follows:

  • We provide basic insurance coverage as specified in your agreement
  • Additional insurance is recommended for high-value items
  • We are not liable for damage due to natural disasters beyond our control
  • Maximum liability is limited to the declared value of stored items
  • We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages

Customers are encouraged to maintain separate insurance for their stored valuables.

8 Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from storage:

  • Illegal drugs, weapons, or contraband
  • Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials
  • Perishable items or living organisms
  • Cash or monetary instruments without declaration
  • Items obtained through illegal means
  • Materials that may damage the facility or other customers' property

Storage of prohibited items may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

9 Termination of Services

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • With 30 days written notice for any reason
  • Immediately for breach of terms or non-payment
  • Immediately for storage of prohibited items
  • For failure to comply with facility policies

Upon termination, you must remove all stored items within 30 days. Unclaimed items may be disposed of according to applicable laws.

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred before termination.

10 Privacy Policy Reference

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information:

  • We collect only necessary information for service provision
  • Personal data is protected with industry-standard encryption
  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties
